All personal data provided by you during registration, along with details of any membership you may have, can be accessed by emailing info@freeholdings.net making a data subject access request, clearly marking your correspondence as a subject access request. We do not normally charge for subject access requests unless they are ‘manifestly unfounded or excessive’ (e.g. repetitive). We will respond to your subject access request within one month of receiving it.

Children

We do not use the platform to knowingly solicit data from, or market to, children under the age of 16. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at info@freeholdings.net. We will delete such information from our files.
